In August 2013, I became “one of eight”. “One of eight” women who is diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime.
I had two young children under the age of three, a husband and a very busy career.
With top notch healthcare and the incredible support of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbors, a caring team of medical professionals and the community around me… I have been able to come out the “other side” cancer-free, stronger and more inspired to live a vibrant, meaningful life!
